日本三得利白州單一麥芽威士忌 (43%).
The Hakushu distillery sits in the forests not far from the Japanese Alps.

Nose: Light and crisp with fresh notes of cut hay and sweet mixed peels, a little hazelnut and barley malt.
Palate: Clean with notes of cut fruits, gentle barley malt and smoke. A floral character with citrus zest.
Finish: Sweet and spicy.

氣味: 蜜糖，柑橘，乾棗，輕煙燻
口味: 油感，蜜餞，咖啡，堅果，煙燻，薄荷
餘蘊: 中等長度，黑咖啡，朱古力，烤木
結論: 氣味甚佳，果香及蜜味配上點點煙燻，平衡得很好。酒液油感，順滑，香甜蜜餞佐以炭烤咖啡，滋味。餘蘊的烤炙木質苦味柔順不刺喉，回甘的點點朱古力味道，相當不錯。如果不論價位的話，這款就是貼近正斗之選的。雖則近期日本威士忌於香港的價錢稍微回落，但以酒論酒，這些日本威士忌的香港售價還是偏高的。
